Users mint OUSD by depositing USDC, USDC or DAI. Deposited stablecoins get deployed into different yield farming strategies voted by OGV stakers. Users then receive a return on investment (supply-side fees)

Origin Protocol is an asset management protocol built on Ethereum. Origin Protocol was founded by Josh Fraser & Matthew Liu and launched in 2017.

OGV tokenholders own and govern the protocol. They currently take a 10% cut of the total yield generated by the protocol (revenue), as well as a 0.25% exit fee when selling OUSD via the Origin app.
